Statutory Warranty rights
New products: The warranty period for private consumers is 2 years.
The warranty period for commercial , agricultural companies , and other commercial enterprises is 1 year.
Used products: The warranty period for private consumers is 1 year, in all other respects the warranty for used products is excluded. This is the basis of any order.
Excluded from the warranty are wear parts (such as rubber parts , batteries, belts), body parts and overuse injuries , as well as changing devices.
The performing all settings and adjustments are completely excluded from the warranty.
Warranty is excluded with regard to the parts, if defects are caused by normal wear and tear, temperature, weathering and by defects due to faulty connection, installation, operation, lubrication or violence.
Furthermore, for damages caused by improper, misuse of the machine, for example improper modifications or autonomous repair works of the owneror by third parties, but also in cases of intentional overloading the machine no warranty will be accepted.

Warranty claims / complaints will be accepted only in written form (by letter, fax, email).
