Without the formalities and deadlines required by law and the partnership agreement, I, as the sole shareholder of Motorgeräte Fritzsch GmbH, based in Schwarzenberg, registered in the commercial register of the Chemnitz District Court under HRB17942, have today resolved the following:
1. The company will be dissolved at the end of December 31st, 2024.
2. The current managing director, Mr. Steffen Fritzsch, will be appointed liquidator.
3. The financial year remains the calendar year.
